ering Autumn Together As the weather gradually cools down, we find ourselves in the midst of autumn. The changing of the seasons can often bring a sense of anticipation and excitement for what’s to come, and this is especially true for autumn. For our group, which has fondly been named “Entering Autumn Together,” this is a time for gathering together and enjoying the beauty of the season. We come from different backgrounds and walks of life, but we share a love for this time of year. One of our favorite autumn activities is taking hikes through the colorful foliage in the parks and mountains around us. We relish in the crisp air and the crunching of leaves under our feet as we take in the stunning scenery around us. We often stop to take photos and share our experiences with one another. Another popular activity for our group is visiting local farmer’s markets, where we stock up on fresh vegetables and fruits that are in season. We’ll gather in someone’s home and spend an afternoon cooking a meal together. The warm, cozy atmosphere and delicious food create a sense of closeness and connectedness within the group. As the evenings grow longer, we also enjoy gathering for indoor activities, such as board game nights and movie marathons. We’ll curl up with blankets and cups of tea or hot cocoa, and enjoy each other’s company as the autumn darkness falls outside. In this way, our group “Entering Autumn Together” celebrates the season of change and reflection. We embrace the chance to slow down and appreciate the beauty around us.
